Recovery Process

The recovery process was not easy and its still not over. The first coupe of days after surgery were the worst by far a pain i cant describe it was hard to get up, sleep, move, and eat. I could not do anything without pain there was a burning feeling in my leg everyday for the first week. After the first 2 or 3 weeks i started PT and the first day was so hard my leg was still kind of burning and just couldn’t do much that they told me to do. I wont lie the hear and cold pads felt really good though my favorite thing by far. They wanted e to bend my leg but i could not at all. The first day was pretty light but it would get so much worse. The second time and third they were determind to get my bend it just a little but i just couldn’t and i felt so annoyed. Next was the stem unit which gives you muscle reaction in the quad back and helps strengthen that muscle back.
